Why does the price change?

Menu is refreshed every day depending on availability and supply. Uni prices are “seafood” prices.

Do you charge for delivery?

We do free delivery for 2 items or more! For 1 item, it’s $60 to deliver to HK Island, additional tunnel fees Kowloon/NT

What is the shelf life of Uni?

An expiry date is printed on the box, typically 3-4days in your fridge. But the earlier the better with raw food! It turns watery/bitter over time.

Why does the box look different?

Uni buying a bidding process. If one type is sold out, it will be replaced by the same grade Uni from a different 水產.

What should I eat it with?

I would recommend to directly taste it to find out its true CREAMY and SWEET taste. Then eat with sushi rice, along with seaweed and soysauce
